Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to provide a veil to be embroidered?

I make all my veils from scratch using my signature ivory tulle which works beautifully for embroidery. I work with you to determine the perfect custom length for your veil. If you have a family veil that you would like embroidery added to I may be able to help, just ask!

What is the lead time for your bespoke veils?

I take on a limited number of orders a year for my truly bespoke process. It is never too early to secure a space in my diary to avoid disappointment, but as a guide I would suggest getting in touch 9 months before your wedding date. Getting married sooner than that? It’s always worth asking - I never like to leave a bride veil-less if I can help it!

Do you sell ‘off the peg’?

All my embroidered veils are deeply personal to each bride and designed from scratch just for you. So apart from the occasional sample sale I don’t have ready made veils for sale.

Do I need to visit you in person?

Brides local to Suffolk are welcome to visit my garden studio, but otherwise the whole process can easily be done over video call and email. I send artworks and sketches over email, and will post your veil securely with full tracking.

Do you work with international brides outside the UK?

Absolutely! I have sent veils to Texas, Singapore and beyond. Get in touch and I can check shipping to your country.

What does it all cost?

Prices start from £500 and I have made veils up to £2500. Average spend is approximately £1200. Do get in touch to tell me about your dream veil for a personalised quote.
