The Experience

Your Unforgettable

Bespoke Veil Process…

  1. Let’s Chat!

We’ll have a cuppa on a call together where I want to hear all about your wedding (and the dress!). You can tell me your veil embroidery ideas and I’ll suggest some of my own. I’ll talk you through the bespoke journey from beginning to end (head’s up, we’ll feel like fast friends by your wedding day!)

2. Sketches & Swatches

Now I’m in on your vision, I’ll start translating your very favourite imagery in to my own sketching style. I’ll create scrumptious embroidery swatches to show you, and finally draw out a full scale artwork so you can see just how your one-of-a-kind veil will look as you take your vows.

3. Embroidery

Now you are head over heels for your dream veil design, I will recreate your artwork in thousands of tiny stitches using my artisan method where I essentially draw with with my hand-guided sewing machine. It is a highly intricate method honed over many years and creates truly stunning results.

4. Packing

Finally, I will delicately pack up your veil in an elegant veil box, say my farewells (told you I was sentimental) and send your one-of-a-kind heirloom to it’s new home with full instructions of how to look after it before and after your wedding day.

I hand make my own veils from scratch using my signature illusion tulle that drapes beautifully and is the perfect balance of soft and structured (trust me, I have tried them all). I will make it to a custom length so it works perfectly with your dress and I can help you decide if you would like it to be single or double tier.

Do you have a family veil you would like embroidery added to? I should be able to help, just ask!

The Results

“Hannah’s embroidery on my wedding veil was beyond a dream. I came to Hannah not sure exactly what I wanted and she took the time to mull over ideas with me, and sketched out several different options for me to consider and honestly without her creativity and vision, the veil would never have come together as beautifully as it did.”
